The Tactical Unicorn is a relative newcomer to the industry, being actively involved in airsoft for just under 2 years. She got involved in the industry by first working as a sales rep for an airsoft distributor, Spartan Imports. As a Kansas-raised girl with Louisiana roots, she was immediately drawn to the guns and gear, and was excited to find a niche where she could "play real life video games" using replica firearms.  She started out by playing airsoft once a month, then twice a month, then every weekend.  Quickly falling in love with this industry, she began to travel the nation to visit airsoft stores and fields, as well as attend national OPs.  An advocate for bringing some feminimity, fun and "girl power" into airsoft, she was always easy to spot on the field: whether it be by wearing a pink shemagh, or sporting a kids' unicorn bicycle helmet that was gifted to her by an airsoft team, Dead Center Airsoft.

After working for Spartan Imports for just over a year, Leah quit the corporate life to become a full-time advocate for airsoft and women's shooting sports. She is currently working to bridge the gap between the shooting world and the airsoft world, by mixing some real gun training in with airsoft. It is her belief that if women can become comfortable with airsoft guns, training, and weapon manipulation, they will be able to transition into the real firearms industry with much more ease. 

As part of her brand, The Tactical Unicorn is working on growing her "Unicorn Militia": a force of advocates, players, and role models in the industry that are focused on promoting fun, safety, and positive change within both
the airsoft and firearms industry.

Airsoft Hasmeen is an Airsofter from California who is ready to take the field wherever the action is most fierce. She has been a member of the Airsoft ranks since she first stepped on the scene in 2010 with an AK in her hands and has been kicking butt and taking names with her iconic rifle of choice ever since. Airsoft Hasmeen loves to strike out on her own as the lone wolf fighting her way behind enemy lines, but when under fire she is happy to join up with the rest of her fire team and mop up the opposition. Hasmeen is one of the tremendous female representatives of the community and sport and she is excited to see more and more women coming out and playing Airsoft.

P90 Girl has been hitting the Airsoft field for almost four years with her collection of P90s and currently runs five different brands and builds to best suit any loadout or battleground. From outdoor to indoor, from long range to CQB engagements, her guns were built for a purpose and all fit comfortably in her offensive play style.

Aleeia's passion for Airsoft doesn't just stop at the guns, as she is an active advocate for growing the participation and level of play for female Airsofters everywhere. Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, she is the Captain of the all girl Airsoft team Black Sunset whose goal is to raise awareness of the women in Airsoft and to get more women involved in the game.
